Once paperwork is in good order and funds have been received in escrow:

Due Diligence Kit Provided to your Client

Typically, within 5 business days your client will receive the Due Diligence Kit.

Notice to Accept

Your client has 7 days from receipt of the Due Diligence Kit to sign the "Notice to Accept" form which will be included with the Kit.

Change of Owner on Policy

The process of changing the beneficiary & owner of the policy to TVPX will begin. This process can take as little as 2 days or as long as 60 days. The timeline depends on the insurance carrier.

Final Documents sent to Client

Final documents including the Non-Transferrable Certificate of Interest and the new policy documents with the updated beneficiary and owner will be sent to your client.

Compensation

Once the change of owner/beneficiary step has been completed, commissions are paid within 3-5 business days.
